Chestermere Plumbing and Heating From Licensed Journeymen
Your water heater, furnace or boiler, your drains and pipes, your sump pump and water softener: we work on all of them in Chestermere homes. As a residential plumber, we work in homes only, and we don’t do air conditioning. Every journeyman who comes to your home for Chestermere plumbing or heating holds a plumbing and a gasfitter certificate.
We don’t give prices over the phone. You and the journeyman agree the price in person, before any work begins, so there are no invoice surprises. Parts come from professional plumbing suppliers, and our service vans carry professional-grade tools.
Call 403-800-0050, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. Beyond Chestermere, we work across Calgary and in Airdrie and Okotoks.

Don was very professional and efficiently explained the options to our exterior hot/cold water faucet problem. He was able to replace the faucet during his first visit and double checked everything before he completed the job. Thanks.

Don was amazing to work with. We called Jack'd Up Plumbing because our sump pump broke. Don was extremely patient explaining all the different options on whether to repair or replace the pump. He went over the cost and longevity of each option. I would highly recommend Don for any plumbing or boiler needs you have!

Don was prompt, professional and accurate in his diagnosis and quote. We highly appreciated his honesty and ability to communicate the whole process along with the possibility of some additional work that may have come up depending on what they found once they started. This was helpful in easing our concerns as this was not a planned repair. We were also pleasantly surprised when this additional work was not needed. This was such a great experience that we are now looking forward to working with Don again in the next year to complete some planned work.

Don was very professional, honest, and friendly. He did a great job and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also gave me helpful maintenance tips and, after his inspection, he honestly said that no repairs were needed — only regular maintenance. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services. It’s hard to find someone this trustworthy nowadays. Highly recommend!

Questions About Hiring a Plumber in Chestermere
(403) 800-0050Yes. We offer the same range of home services in Chestermere as everywhere else we work, from water heater repair and furnace repair to drain cleaning, boilers and sump pumps.
A licensed technician comes to you, looks at the problem and gives you your options with a firm price before any work starts. The visit is $69.99, waived if you go ahead. The visit fee is the same in Chestermere as in every town we serve. The job itself gets a flat price, not an hourly rate.
A licensed Red Seal journeyman, never an apprentice. The journeyman who quotes your job is the one who does the work, and each of ours holds a plumbing and a gasfitter certificate. In Alberta, plumbing is a compulsory certification trade. Its restricted work requires journeyperson certification, or registration as an apprentice working under a certified journeyperson.
The City of Chestermere says the curb stop, the shut-off valve in the ground usually at your property line, belongs to the City. It says EPCOR and the City repair a leak confirmed on public property at no cost to the owner. On private property, the City says, they work with the owner on the next steps. A leak inside your home is one we fix: close your main water shut-off if it is safe to reach, then call 403-800-0050 for leak repair.
The City of Chestermere says its treated water comes from the City of Calgary. The City of Calgary says its water is considered hard, because of the calcium and magnesium from the Bow and Elbow Rivers. Hard water, it says, can make it difficult to get a lather when washing, and leave mineral build-up on taps and fixtures. We supply and install water softeners, though the City of Calgary notes that salt-based softeners may not suit people on a sodium-reduced diet.
Most installations and repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty, and a whole-house repipe or a main shut-off replacement carries three years. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, usually one to six years depending on the brand. Maintenance, such as a tank flush, is not warranted. Ask us about the warranty on your job.
We do, for our work in your home. We hold a City of Chestermere business licence and obtain the required permits in Chestermere.
